It was 100% customer satisfaction but on the expense of employees...there is no self respect of employee..a graduate person is supposed to do everywork (mobe, sweep dish washing and even toilet cleaning).a graduate cashier is supervised by a matric pass supervisor working as a supervisor on experience base.I have never seen this type of despairing environment in any organization

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
