The work culture and responsibility given by management is the best thing at PIXON. The management is very aggressive in moving things forward and their experience helps in taking the right decisions in the right time. The company policies are prepared to nurture employees and provide them a good work-life balance.

I Love PIXON, there is no such thing as dislike in PIXON.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
