HR team is very very arrogant and Not supporting. No clear communication by HR. In this organisation only HR team is very useless. They are working like owners of this organisation.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helps me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
