1. Benefits which hardly any other real estate company could match like mediclaim for entire family including parents abt 5 lacks for free and additional coverage at extra premium. 2. Benefits of lunch and Snacks in evening. 3. Salary on 29th of every month, before the month could complete.

1. Execution Engineers are nothing but overpaid supervisors. 2. No Skill developement, you have to keep working on field , stand and deliver. 3. You have to work like labour to achieve the progress as pool of contractors are not standard from Civil to Finishing. 4. The level of Hardwork and level of followup is frustrating sometimes.
