Its a good place to learn a lot of things like data analysis, basic machine learning and data visualisation. The work here is slightly unstructured but you get to learn about the complete journey of a DS project

Work culture in my team is terrible! There isn’t any work life balance. Hardly any emphasis is given on the learning and doing better & more emphasis is given in the delivery.There aren’t any perks that are being offered beside salary

Good work environment, extremely good peer group, excellent Seniors and department heads. Work is amazing and every individual contribution matters alot and gets respected.

HR team is just too bad and they differentiate CTC based on college which is highly demotivating for an individual to work. Every day or atleast every month the day salary gets credited it reminds of the unfair pay structure.

Sales Person do all the work from sourcing of client till his sale deed execution. Sales Person should be more focused for sourcing of business. Once customer is sourced and mandatory documents are submitted. Credit and Operations should take charge and complete the remaining activities of signing and other activities like sale deed execution.
