Almost nothing. The worst organization to work in ever!

There is so much politics. Very toxic work culture. It starts from the head HR- this lady is the worst HR I've come across. The management is horrible and they treat their employees so badly, they shout at them, hurl abuses and are constantly threatening as far as work goes. Moreover, y ou work your hardest but there is no praise, instead, it is hijacked by others. The payments are also never on time. Instead of getting paid on the first of every month, you get paid around the 15th for the previous month. And during COVID it has become worse as they have delayed payments (which are deducted by the way even though they make you work full time and twice as much as before) by almost 2 months. Also, their finances and invoices are a joke since they charge the developers a higher amount for the employee but they don't pay that amount to the employee and instead keep it in their pockets.
