Pinnacle Blooms is a place full of diversity, from therapists, approaches, staff and facilities. It includes a wonderful team working Under one roof to create an environment that is safe for both the child and the staff. The exposure is immense and great source of learning and improving one’s desired skills in the field of mental health.

I would say none!

Work Details

I look up to wakeup every single day to go do my job. That pretty much sums up my work life here. The entire team is always there to help you if you have difficulty in anything.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
