Headless manager, no WLB, you'd be forced to come at office. Horrible experience. No perks at all. They give lame excuses during appraisal. PIP employee for no reason. Please go for other offer if you love your mental peace.

Good exposure to offline POS acquiring Payment domain work, Office ambience, few payment experts to gain knowledge from, HR policies, many leaves.

Dislikes

No defined processes, always overloaded with work, random work gets assigned, no measure of Product Manager capacity, one should know and manage end to end payment lifecycle, most employees try to push ball in others court as they are always overloaded with work.

First 6 month is all good for me post that when management change me any many team members are informing only dislikes for this company.

Work environment. Time management. Higher level management not understand lower level management works/how to treat good,how the employees should work. Not much hike less than 5% overall. Hybrid mode. Canteen (only Tea, Coffee, Biscuit & Namkeen) is there. Managers only want my task should be completed by EOD (means they are not checking whether office time is over or not). No Party, No Trip in a quarterly/yearly. Working 6 days a week(SATURDAY) although this is not in company regulations because on website it's showing SATURDAY & SUNDAY holiday but we are doing. Also if anyone are leaving before 2 years from Pinelabs they should submit there PineLabs bag also....Read More

Culture is very bad Even after giving your 200 percent your work does not get recognized. Nobody gives credits to juniors. They have new strategy for layoffs called PIP . If employee is in pip and then he resigns manager will come and say you were not in pip it's because of stack ranking we had to put you because of upper managementpressure even though you performed very well and then they match the counter offer too....Read More

No cons that i can remember. Let me explain 1. Company gives good increment from around 1% to 4%. And if you perform exceptionally well for qualifying a promotion (no set criteria is there though) you can get massive 5% appraisal. 2. There is an incentive for the sale you make. Just, there is a surprising element. You don't know theexact incentive earned on which product. And also, you don't even know when it will be actually credited to your account. And if it is credited to your account, you don't know for which product it is given and which products are left/not given. Our management do this to keep the things exciting. 3. Reimbursements are great. They are so detailed that no body can fool you. And the exciting part is, these will never get approved when you need these the most. There are no worthless concept of "time value of the money" in the company. 4. Operations are so smooth that you will not get any hurdles. Because to get hurdles, one must progress forward. Here nobody knows how the things are done, thus no need to worry about case closures. 5 Support function is so encouraging that one have to push himself to get the things done. There are many people to tell you that how you can accomplish something without a support from any other. Company will make sure to make you realise your potential by helding you responsible for every mishaps. See, when you do something good there are always people to take credit. God forbid, if there is any disruption like Covid or Regulatory issues or Partner issues or Structural issues with any business - Senior Leaders will hang you on the cross [side-line / lay-off / quite firing]. Instead of helping the incumbent address the external issues they will take the easy and dirty way by bring someone new fromoutside to build the business. And they will keep doing it till they find someone who makes it happen....Read More

Politics are there , people are who doing bettering with seniors will get promotions and appresals only. No job security, suddenly they can ask to leave the job at the time of yearly bonus and appresals.

Pine labs is good organization but some super intelligent guys from management they are playing with employee. And I had worked but found only negative responding from management

One of the Pine Labs associate director Aravati Krishna he hired be only for 6 months due to maternity leave replacement of 1 employee. Yearly bonus and increment not given by him.

Work culture sucks . Nobody has any clue what they are doing . Recently a CTO called Phani Mohan was fired . A right decision by taken very late . I guy with Senior Dev caliber was made CTO .
