Culture is very bad Even after giving your 200 percent your work does not get recognized. Nobody gives credits to juniors. They have new strategy for layoffs called PIP . Skill development is good, you will get you hands dirty on many technology and will learn lot of industrial level skill

Dislikes

Salary is not upto market standard specially if you joining there sub team issuing business, you will have to work > 8 hours per day that is bare minimum, here seniors have a thinking of working from morning to night which is not good

Office is in good location. And salary is also good. It credits timely every time.

Before joining here, I thought overall its good. But too much work pressure. There is no job security. All tasks are P0 here. You will not have any worklife balance. No such appreciations as well. Seniors will mock you if you miss any single thing.

1. Technical architech is dumb and don't have any knowledge (neither prodcut knowledge nor technical skills). 2. Requirement comes via teams, in PRD/Solution document details are mentioned at very high level, if you will develop on that blame will be on you that 'why developer didn't ask these questions earlier' 3. Work culture is very toxic and everything is unorganized.

Work culture sucks . Nobody has any clue what they are doing . Recently a CTO called Phani Mohan was fired . A right decision by taken very late . I guy with Senior Dev caliber was made CTO .

Headless manager, no WLB, you'd be forced to come at office. Horrible experience. No perks at all. They give lame excuses during appraisal. PIP employee for no reason. Please go for other offer if you love your mental peace.

Talented people are here, If they are supportive you can learn very good from them. If you want to learn C/C++ then surely it is a good place.

I was part of different team during my duration so in one team manager and upper management was good so no politics but in other team this was no the case. Upper management are playing with employee by shifting it into one team to another in short period of time. Worst part is there is no appraisal and the variable part(bonus) depends on your management not on your performance.
