Talented people are here, If they are supportive you can learn very good from them. If you want to learn C/C++ then surely it is a good place.

I was part of different team during my duration so in one team manager and upper management was good so no politics but in other team this was no the case. Upper management are playing with employee by shifting it into one team to another in short period of time. Worst part is there is no appraisal and the variable part(bonus) depends on your management not on your performance. Culture is very bad Even after giving your 200 percent your work does not get recognized. Nobody gives credits to juniors. They have new strategy for layoffs called PIP . If employee is in pip and then he resigns manager will come and say you were not in pip it's because of stack ranking we had to put you because of upper managementpressure even though you performed very well and then they match the counter offer too....Read More

Office is in good location. And salary is also good. It credits timely every time.

Before joining here, I thought overall its good. But too much work pressure. There is no job security. All tasks are P0 here. You will not have any worklife balance. No such appreciations as well. Seniors will mock you if you miss any single thing.

Work culture sucks . Nobody has any clue what they are doing . Recently a CTO called Phani Mohan was fired . A right decision by taken very late . I guy with Senior Dev caliber was made CTO .

Headless manager, no WLB, you'd be forced to come at office. Horrible experience. No perks at all. They give lame excuses during appraisal. PIP employee for no reason. Please go for other offer if you love your mental peace.
