Only salary part is good here if you are performing well specially in bridge course (conversion department) but if you are in an MP then salary would be less than sales department (but pressure is very less here).

Dislikes

There is so much politics in this company specially if you are a chamcha of the reporting manager (AM) then nothing will happen with you but if you are not then they can put you on the bench even if you are performing well. Favouritism is the ethics of this company.

Lunch and only one manager his name is nitish rest all were incapable of that position. In the name of iit they get hired with no leadership qualities.
