This company is one of the best company to wok for automation department. As during covid- 19 they are providing and working from Home. In lockdown all the activities they are pursuing from home and they are also suggesting employees to stay home. This current situation is not effecting the company.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the company as they have good managerial skills.

Work Details

I and doing training from the organization in which i have been trained from very basic to advance level.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
