The company is doing well and there is no worry around job security. If you follow the policies and handle your job responsibilities then you are good to go.

Some of the HR policies are outdated and they don't communicate the same to prospective candidate. HR should maintain the transparency and convey the same to the candidate prior to his/her joining.
