1. Safety Culture is very Strict which is good in Chemical company & Rule is equal for everyone. 2. Company adapts new technology frequently. 3. Fully DCS site with focus on automation. 4. Company's plants are basically free from Chemical smells due to good scrubber systems with stack provided in each plant. 5. Each plant at Jambusar site are independent i.e. from RM to FG storage, Service department or its QC it's seperate for each plant & available inside plant only. 6. Company's vision towards safety is very Clear. No bypassing allowed. Even small changes in process requires HAZOP....Read More

Dislikes

1. Long travelling hours.. one have to spend 4-5 hours on daily basis for travelling. 2. HR department is not so supportive. 3. Increment policy is not so great .. company keeps half of increment amout & that amount is released in next year's increment cycle. So one have to wait for his own increment unnecessarily. 4. No time is given to employees for their skill development / Trainings.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
