Work culture is perfect for 2+ year experience developer to hands on experience in deferent type project with seniors support, make decision maker , self motivation , best salary support in covid situation. Project level is very good for development.

Work life this company very good, flexibility, technical support from senior, management support also good.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
