Too much politics every where. It's like these guys keep rolling in politics. No systems and processes. A lot of manual work. Employees are treated like kids and not adults. Very disrespectful towards employees. Sahad culture is really bad.

The plant is not good for out side employees. There are a lot of Gujarati fillings going on here. The supportive staff is not here. If people from other states come to this place, they will either leave their jobs or become mentally disturbed. Which happened to me in Mundra PCBL. That's why I request people from other states not to join PCBL MUNDRA.

Travel time from nearest city vadodara is around 1.5hr , this is the only disadvantage i observed as of now in last 3 years.

Am working here for the last 20mnths, till now my experience with PCBL is good. Learning is very good & follows SOP very strictly No compromise is product quality. Good employee policies & rate of appraisal also better than other process industries.
