People friendly HR policies, industry standard increments if the company is performing good, cultural diversity.

Preference to those who have joined the company as GET's and growth opportunity for those who are directly appointed in middle management is less. Preference to Bengali people. Difficult to implement changes through change management. Not so good safety culture. Growth path is not clear. Up and down travel is very difficult and drains three hours everyday. Difficult to maintain work life balance. Difficult to believe department incharges can be this incompetent in such a aggressive organisation. Things are changing for the good....Read More
