At the beginning of my tenure, I spent most of my time in a good, healthy environment where everyone got along with everyone else. Then after a certain limit, I experienced horrible politics and job insecurity , no growth . There is alot of politics and the management doesn't Address our issues even after raising complains to the higher authorities.
