As apprentice salary is very less.

Work Details

I am working in Persistent System from 1 year. First they provide training on some technology. After training, project allocated. I have been worked on Two project till now. During apprenticeship, they will give you opportunity to get absorbed in company.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Hi I have overall 9 years of experience and my current package is 11.5 LPA working as business analyst. I have 2 offers Deloitte - 16 LPA (role business analyst+ scrum master) Persistent - 20 LPA business analyst - user experience role ( working from client location) Both are hybrid. I'm currently in my Hometown and will have to move to Bengaluru for both the jobs. What should I do. Should I look for more options?
