People manager manipulate others to do all the hard work and take all the credit for themselves. Other few issues as - 1. it is a 3rd party tie up company where is no support. 2. Managers force you to report false results and when caught put all the blame on you. 3. No chances of promotion until you make your managers happy by worship him. 4. No skill upgradation or career growth. 5. No work life balance- 10 hours job 6. Plant locations are very far from city- High commute time 7. No support from management. 8. Unit culture is not good. They don't follow company's culture and policies they make own culture and politics. Most of Employee feeling not good with this working culture. Example - Company policy and HR says 8hrs working but unit head force more then 12hrs. If any senior force to comply 8hrs then unit head instructed 8hrs work in Plant rest 4-6 hrs work on laptop from home on daily basis.
