Overall good, but no extra co-curricular activities i.e. no sports activities no annual parties or get-together or something like that . Salary hike is good, but bonus isn't provided it all gets included in CTC itself .

Dislikes

There isn't any kind of training provided to new comer . Politics is there at neutral level have to work keeping our eyes, ears and mind conscious .

Initially I use to get panic , as I was new and unexperienced was not having any idea about how to deal as an employee but seniors are quite supporting so slowly and gradually I got adjusted .

Product quality good and very large range products are manufacturing.

Work environment and culture not good. No support for marketing purposes. And no take any decision for close any deal, price issues. Working in C&F and distributor hand. No. Feel like MNC company employee.

My working experience is very bad, bcoz my senior bhartesh Trivedi is very mantally toucher, no any understand family problems situation, Bhartesh Trivedi is a Very Very Selfish person and Focus personal side working projects (not loyal to company)
