There was nothing to like during my time at pepperfry

Dislikes

HR lied about company policies during joining time. Company changed the policies during my time.. those policies were the only reason I joined. Incompetent middle management.. Expected to be available on off days... Forced production on Friday leading to work on weekends.. Expected to work after working hours.. No reward or bonus for working overtime or festivals... No recognition for good performance.. Technology department is overlooked in comparison to other departments... 20% of CTC is taken as variable which is dependent on so called performance review which is predefined by the management for all employees based on dependency of the department rather than performance of employees.. Basically you cannot provide your own rating as a reporting manager.....Read More
