Performance Bonus of Twenty Percent is not given all the time, in FY 22-23 it was said that company is not performing hence not given, so whoeever is planning to join must try to negotiate on Fixed Salary only as Twenty Percent Performance Bonus is just a bubble to attract new joiners, all our financial commitments are destroyed when company announces such thing, hence please negotiate on Fixed Salary only or tell them to merge Variable Performance bonus in Fixed Salary. Work pressure of meeting deadlines are there, since the ERP is not efficient enough hence manual work load increases even for small work consumers lot of time since a proper automated system is not there. There was nothing to like during my time at pepperfry
HR lied about company policies during joining time. Company changed the policies during my time.. those policies were the only reason I joined. Incompetent middle management.. Expected to be available on off days... Forced production on Friday leading to work on weekends.. Expected to work after working hours.. No reward or bonus for working overtime or festivals... No recognition for good performance.. Technology department is overlooked in comparison to other departments... 20% of CTC is taken as variable which is dependent on so called performance review which is predefined by the management for all employees based on dependency of the department rather than performance of employees.. I like nothing about company
Lot of politics by TL and they always look for girls. Extended shifts by 2 hours to get the work done. And in season we have to work for 6 days and 11 hours. Management is terrible.
