People at so called leader's team are hypocrite and are high headed. Sad part is The CEO does not look beyond what is brain fed to her about the lower team members. With almost zero prior experience they have become leaders in this company since they have been working since its beginning. So they have very narrow perspective towardsmanaging talent and give repeated recognition to people who generate money.
