When not in duty everyone including top management are very friendly. Company culture is good. Women safety and security is on high priority.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Random planning are made by top management which disturb field staffs to perform there duty efficiently. Career growth chances are also very less. Salary growth is also not there. TA/DA are not given on time. Internal politics is also very high. There is no work-life balance. Gets task and calls even at late night and early morning. Even many Sundays are also not speared. Does not fulfill the commitment of other people who work on commission for the company which makes field staff work more difficult....Read More

Some stupid employees create stupid stories and inform to admin which creates headaches to hard-working employees

Taught computer science for classes 6th to 12th cbse.I also worked as vice-principal for 5 years which changed me to be a fast and result-oriented employee.I was in the team where my school stood in top 10 schools INDIA 2015 based on Class 12 board result

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
