Worst organization culture, worst HR policies, it's been since 8 months from April 2020 to till date that the Management staff wages is only 65% inspite of making good revenue also.

In this company there is no Job security. Career Growth not to the expectations. work culture is like simply follow as per the instructions as per the superiors wont provide scope to learn new things. they wont care about your individual contribution to the company.
