Good for freshers. But one should switch post 1 to 1.5 year.

Company management should invest in training in-house development team for technology before implementing in Project. Project managers and team managers should consider developers a team and should not push all the blame on the developers. No work life balance. No pramotion, salary not received ontime we have wait 3-4 months, seniors not supportive. Managers call at anytime for work even weekends and holidays. We have to give work explanation in every 15 min. No respect to employees.

The company CEO is terrible. He thinks is the only person working in the organization. Very micro managed, financially messed up, doesn't give salary for months together. Works in very old fashioned way. Very foul mouthed CEO with full of arrogance and disrespectful to not just entry level employees but to senior/top management employees as well.
