There is no work life balance. No promotion. No salary on time . Expection are so high . Everyday they want us to work for around 12-13hrs . Also they will ask to work on saturday and sunday. If you are on holiday managers will call you personally to join for work. No appreciation. I have not yet received the FNF even after 4months after i left.

really feeling bad to write this --Nothing at all to like.

No salary on time , there are 3 teams not take names whose experience is not worth it, no use to work in those teams . completely waste of time .plus no salary work load is same as if salary is there no F&F after45 days .no credit of salary even after medical emergency. all the senior are working like donkey.

I started as a fresher and learned so much from this company and grown from a trainee to a Software Engineer. Open Environment Overall a good management and good working environment , HR team is very friendly and goes out of the way to help. Doing the testing times they were some minor issues but everything was updated and sorted

There seems to be some major problem with pelican.ai While I was working in pelican.ai and from the last year there were many salary delays taking place. I have quit the pelican and am waiting for a full and final settlement which was to be done within 45 days of exit. It is almost 90 days and I have not received it yet. When I mailed hr there was no reply from their side. After some enquiries I came to know that they have not paid their ex-employees fnf for the last one year. 1.Since 6 months due cash crucnch monthly India office salary paid in 2 installments. 1. micro 2. Old tech stack 3. Some senior are egoistic and demotivate always 4. HR is not favourable to employees 5. No work life balance.managers call any time. 6.delay in Appraisal.will finish the process near to next appraisal cycle.
