working as business analyst on payments product, one gets excellent business understanding.. continuous learning based on customers RFP/RFIs, ongoing existing clients new requirements, and also based on industry and market study..

in recent past there were salary delays issue, but now it seem company had handled it and they honor their commitments with some delays here and there, but its trustworthy and reliable if a business analyst is good at some technology, then its an added advantage.. profile demands techno functional BAs, who can guesstimate work, and work with developers for detailing to get development done, write in depth specs, review test cases etc. also, BAs needs to be involved in product testing.....Read More

One of the major drawbacks was the lack of effective communication and collaboration within the organization. important information often failed to reach right stake holders on time, resources do not give proactive statues to manager, and lot of follow-ups required. but company is working towards training their resources and something can be solved by the people who are in the company since very long, the ones with right attitude.
