The co-workers are good. They understand you and take up the work and finish it off together.

Dislikes

The management is bad. Lower order people do not have any say in the process. They do not listen to you. There is absolutely no job security. When you ask for compensation, they fire you. WORST MANAGEMENT

I worked as a senior associate where i was into customer support. I had to look into the quires which came on Twitter and emails. I had to study the case and give a detailed resolution to them.
