Very Poor Management (Full political environment). No Clarifications on tasks and their priorities. Often Layoffs. No Competitive Pay and Appraisals. Remote work, therefore no WLB. Getting calls after office hours. (Sometimes made to work on weekends) No Team Outings and benefits. (Depending on team)
