I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

nothing at all. it was not at all a good experience working with payso fintech. They gave less than half of the stipend promised even they promised to give all of us a certificate issued by NPCI which they failed to give.
