Poor and incompetent management. You don't do work which you were hired for. You gain no skills. HR are here just for attendance calculation their are no employee benefits. You don't even get documents which a company should provide its employees. No proper hierarchy or work flow. Salary is never on time.

Here the monthly salary never meets on time. The company owner always has to call for salary. Never meet a salary slip here. Here a couple of months' salary is withheld. But ten per cent of the salary is paid in this way.
