If you are jobless then you join this company 1.old infrastructure and old canteen which seems that you eating lunch in jail. 2.unskill management level. All middle management level person has bad behaviors and poor communication skill toward junior and subordinate. 3. If you resign before 6 months then you have pay money for company uniform like shirt, pant and winter jacket. 4. Three months notice period at executive and opertor level which seems to is very terrible however notice period cant be negotiable. 5. TQM documentation like sop, guideline etc it is very good like pharmaceutical but that document not followed in floor level due old employee in plant. 6.No safety and no care policy by management team. Lot of chemical exposure in plant which creating health issue. 7. Old equipment and corrode plant/ corrode structure are there and if you want to installed new reactor into it then you have think 100 times. however new plant has been installed it is fully dcs but they bypass dcs system because of production mangement level dont familiar with dcs system due to which new member are suffering. 8. I think few HOD and middle mangement like production, store , r&d should be renewed to became paushak as co-creating world class company. 9. No covid leave provided by company if you has covid then you have to either deducted salary or apply your balance leave. 10. Travelling issue from vadodara to panelav it takes around 1 hour which you have travel non ac and dirty/old bus that is wrost then gstc bus. 11. No flexible timing and no skill doctor are there to handle the suitation incase of emergency. 12.Every day there is leakage of line/pipe which creating nonsence gas exposure that lead to damage your lungs and slow down your breathing. however in paushak when i joined i found every employee's want to change the job due to lack unskill magt.
