I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Self freedom for few area work as a technical support engineer. Company no cares about machine repair cost,but machine should be ok as it is all time for production.
