Increment done every 2 to 3 year interval. Bad politics, slage language use in company middle management . Factory manager (uluberia) always support this politics. Sub standard people in department head position. They have lack of knowledge in DMG, EMT, diecast,tool division,HR and store division..... Etc

Patton is just not an organization it's a establishment of learning & development. This is by far the only organization which to my knowledge have the best work life balance & value their employees.
