Worst treatment to employees by loud-mouth, abusive and derogatory leaders. It's a disgrace to work here. No appreciation or recognition rather promotes agenda-based manipulative science. Career ruining is guaranteed, as there is absolutely no job security. High attrition rate due to "Hire & Fire" policy. Heavy politics. Force to attend useless programs or salary cuts. Join at your own risk.

No leaves, only 7 EL and 7Cl all over the year, other than that 10 holidays for festivals, other this they will cut your salary. Misspunch you have to miss your salary for the same day. Cameras are there but that is to watch you, How long do you see your mobile? Meetings are done every week, not to advise or guide you, it is done totorture you. They will call you any time to come to the office and make you stay there till night, without caring about your transportation and food. All employees interacted cordially and knew that as they are in same boat, never did back biting. Bus runs towards the research lab, if one catches it on time (8:10am) and fortunate to get seat, then it is free. Official at higher level don't know what they are supposed to do, and lack focus, vision and knowledge, and that is good for lower level worker, no one can ask what they actually don't know....Read More

1. Pure white dress for all, you look like a driver or peon, as dress gets dirty in environmental full of dust. Punishment or fine if you wear anything but white. 2. 6 full working day and on Sunday, there is some Yagna, Puja or function where you have to be present or salary will be deducted. 3. If you arrive 10 min late in the morning, it is half day for you, even if you go one hour late in the evening. Admin finds ways yo deduct salary. 4. You can Never rise above the rank you join the company. People stay at hired position till they leave. 5. No incentive to people who do hard work and no rewards. Salary increment is minimal, 2-7% that too not every year. 6. 14 day in a year leave, that too on the mercy, despite leave days are available, availing them is difficult as leave is often not approved. And if you take leave or remain absent for GOUR days, salary for WHOLE week is deducted. 7. Salary is rarely credited on time, it is always late ealways for more than one weeks and many times three or even four weeks. There are many problem regarding the administration and HR policies. Top management poorly treats all employees, no promotion, the increment is almost nothing, appraisal not on time once in two years, always fire warning so the job security, buttering environment every moment, work pressure is very high, the manager always behaves very rudely to the individuals, after joining this place and getting a new job elsewhere is innovation.

Never seen this type of toxic culture and politics anywhere. No organization policies. When employee asks for employee policy or any other documents HR says that organization does not have any policy.

Total harrassment by HODs including organization VP. Fully corrupted people's. Fires anyone at any time without any reason. VP hires same company people's as HOD. Highly political environment. Suddenly terminate any employee with pre-planned things. Worst place to work.
