Group is very good. Futuristic. So much opportunity to explore. But my company where I work is not satisfactory. Bcoz Monopoly is here. Good employee suffering but ear feeding, backbiters getting high salary n getting promotion also. It happens bcoz of this plants management only.

Employees are being treated as servants and often disrespected and humiliated at the will of owners. They are not provided with any authority or even allowed to share their opinions. Attrition level, especially of senior level positions is very high.
