Working for a brand of repute.

Dislikes

No opportnities for learning. Your career gets stagnant especially in corporate HR dept. Management is very money centric and do not value individual's strength. Managers are only for namesake as they do not have any authority. They are still stuck in age old lengthy processes and manual work.
