Group is very good. Futuristic. So much opportunity to explore. But my company where I work is not satisfactory. Bcoz Monopoly is here. Good employee suffering but ear feeding, backbiters getting high salary n getting promotion also. It happens bcoz of this plants management only.

Old Employees don't allowed new PPL to stay in the organisation, It included BH and CBH . They always support old chaps ,there are Biasness in the team .

Employees are being treated as servants and often disrespected and humiliated at the will of owners. They are not provided with any authority or even allowed to share their opinions. Their experiences are being challenged and capabilities doubted almost everyday for no reason. Those who don’t have to face CEOs can survive here. Attrition level, especially of senior level positions is very high.
