Group is very good. Futuristic. So much opportunity to explore. But my company where I work is not satisfactory. Bcoz Monopoly is here. Good employee suffering but ear feeding, backbiters getting high salary n getting promotion also. It happens bcoz of this plants management only.

Old Employees don't allowed new PPL to stay in the organisation, It included BH and CBH . They always support old chaps ,there are Biasness in the team .

Employees are being treated as servants and often disrespected and humiliated at the will of owners. They are not provided with any authority or even allowed to share their opinions.
