Over the past 5 years at Parity Cube, I have greatly enjoyed the work life balance, which has allowed me to maintain both personal and professional fulfilment. The salary and benefits are very competitive, and the company provides a strong sense of job security. The work culture is pretty awesome. You will get to learn so many things. It feels like family away from home.

Dislikes

Salary is bit below standard than market but culture makes it up. WFO rules can be much better.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
