Though it's a local company so there is no job security and you will fired in anytime without any valid reason so be careful while joining.

Dislikes

HR is good but company management are unskilled persons sitting at higher position. Don't have any business knowledge. Lot of dirty politics.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
