By safety point of view they have some system for employees like they provide the safety shoes / Safety helmet etc ... ..

Dislikes

Some system irritating to the employee... And HR has to be straighten. HR should co-operate to lower level staff .. During off season they should not give the without pay leave to the staff ... Need to be engaged some other unit .
