Staff was very good and helpful, also they encourage me on daily basis.

Dislikes

Salary was not on time, they at least take 2-3 months to pay your 1 month salary.

Work Details

I learnt many things as a trainee engineer, but salary was not on time.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
