The product is good. Extremely understaffed, hence you will get to work for more than you signed-up for. Thereby, learning more in the process.

Highly understaffed. Unless the MD has a liking for you, even as a performing employee, you won't get salary hikes or commissions. The paperwork related to remuneration & compensation is very lousy. In case you wish to discontinue, they will deduct some of your salary based on some lame reason so that you face problem in presenting payslips. This is a 15-year old company, still working like an infant start-up with no funding. No compensation for working extra hours or leaves retained.
