Paradigm's overall culture is good, There is career growth through well-established reporting mechanisms, hierarchy, and SOPs. If I have raised red flags it gets actioned upon as against being pulled for it, I am actively involved in the planning & execution of Marketing Campaigns. Overall, it is good to work here

The worst company seen since enter in real estate. Especially Shivanand Jha. Shivanand Jha totally *FALTU* employee and his reporting head. Caued Shivanand Jha..u many people suffered and left without reason. If company never takes action against him will 6 people come along with strong evidence. He looted employee incentive and leaks company leads we few of caught him while doing. The worst thing is that this company and owner and people are good just theY DON'T HAVE THERE OWN HR TEAM anad rathi is the terrible person he is outsourced HR for the company of 250 people isn't it strange? They give 1 % hike even if you work dedicatedly. Biggest problem is HR only . No health insurance EPF will dedicat from employee side only. They abuse their employees . My recent experience with paradigm group was unfortunately far from satisactory. I had high expectation based on their reputation, but several issues led to a dissapointng outcome. just signle good thing is salary gets on time

My experience with paradigm group was marred by several issues, primaraly with their HR practices. the company relies on outsourced hr services, which led to ineffective managament and poor support. The hr representative, Rathi was particularly problemetic, causing unresolved issues and dissatisfaction. Salary hikes are minimal (Around 1%) regardless of performance, and tehre are no health benefits. Employees are also responsible for their own EPF contributions. Additionally, the work environment can be abusive, with a lack of respect and claer hierarchy among staff. Pathetic team as they dont have funds to raise some projects

They are taking multiple projects but unfornately they are not giving the proper funds for every projects. Personal experience is CEO & CRM head don't even entertain us on this matter. as this is a very serious matter and at this moment buyers are coming to me and asking me continuously when it will get finished.
