I started my career here i am very much thankful to this company for giving me the knowledge for the life the lesson i learned, the training i got, The experience i had in prompt was awesome.

Dislikes

I guess it would be nothing they are doing the best, i have never seen this much better company after that, Salary is always on time , more about employee benefits, always help in solving issues, proper work-life balance

I used to work with employees and management

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
