No work life balance, work from Office Company have policy to work from home 2 days in a month but Team/Department level on is not allowed. Saturday and Sunday need to work from home. Team/Department level its tough to leave on time.

No Leadership skills with Managers and above role except few good ones, autocracy at peak— Like If you’re taking leaves due to certain emergency your managers will demand your resignation in return rather asking what you had went thru People who use to handle 1 branch level things all of sudden given whole region to handle who is Himself very less rooted from bottom and don’t know pulse of team
