In the co.internal politics & culture is very bad I cant explain this things employees value is zero even at the time of medical problem they dont help u, & when u hospitalise that time also (Claim to chodo kisi bhi tarike ki help bhi ni karenge) co person ask u for the resign its so chip, chip level politics & people haveso much ego problem,HR & function system also is not proper it means thirdclass.Service dept take so much time to give service , in allowances cutting had so much ,as per the standards of employees post allowances is very low, allowance is not pass immediately, support is zero,self motivation is required for the working wise other cant survive,no chance for the growth, at the time of increement they have jokes....Read More
