The company teaches you a sense of ownership and makes you learn if you're a young person to join OYO. You can learn a lot from OYO and top level of management and working skills. Good appraisals in performance. If you're unable to perform, management will always boost your morale.

Dislikes

No work life balance. You might have to work 24*7 without any weekly offs in operations team. A lot work pressure.

Work Details

My work is quite adventurous. Meeting new people, managing staff and enhancing customer exxperience as well. And also solving high level problems at times gives you satisfaction.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
